Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Order Cancellation
If you have paid a deposit for a custom item, deposit is refundable as long as I have not started working on digital mockups for your order. Please contact me asap if you change your mind and would like to cancel your pending order. 

Refunds
Please note, a majority of items are customized and therefore not eligible for return. If you are unsatisfied with your product, please contact me to discuss and I will make it right!
